The Mythos One is the Barista’s first choice. It is the Rolls Royce of Grinders but its more than just a grinder, it features technology to ensure superior coffee extraction. Top cafe’s use this grinder to ensure their product is superior. I have to say when I started using it, I immediately noticed the aroma’s of the coffee, which were not so apparent with a standard grinder.


Key to the performance is Clima Pro Technology which is essentially a temperature controlled grinding chamber. The manufacturers also talk about micrometric precision and de-clumped grounds. But it’s basically an on demand temperature controlled grinder utilising titanium flat burrs. My testing of it really did impress me. I’d like to keep it. But its worth too much. These units sell for 3k new.

If you have always wanted one for your Cafe, then this is your lucky day. This is a lightly used (6 months in a Cafe that was not busy enough) unit. I happened upon it quite by chance and got very lucky. So now I’m offering it to a good home for a very sharp price.
