Installed and machine is back up and running. The article on Triac failure (https://outwestcoffee.com.au/index.php/2019/08/19/breville-bes-920-triac-failure/) was easy to follow for the repair work.

Second one I have had to replace. First replacement lasted 2 years which is pretty good considering the design flaw.

Parts as described. The guide for changing the board was really helpful. Machine works again.

Great service, just some constructive feedback, maybe send a tracking number when the item is sent, not that it was an issue for me, but maybe same day dispatch would be good too. Overall great experience.

We had a problem with our Breville Dual Boiler overheating. One of the steam
Boiler o-rings had perished and was putting hot steam into the Triac board, causing it to malfunction. Getting a replacement Triac board and the o-ring service kit and then following the excellent instructions on the website was all that was required. Will definitely shop with Outwest Coffee Gear. Please keep producing the great instructional guides!!

My original Triac looked fine. Nothing burnt, but it had become damp through deteriorated o-rings. Even after letting it dry for days it wasn’t working. A new board fixed my issue. Note: it needs soldering vs just plugging it in.

Exactly the part I needed that was faulty on my machine. Replaced this, along with the thermal fuse and the machine is back making delicious coffee again!

The second Triac board replacement I have bought from outwest coffee for my dual boiler. The first replacement did break after a year but I suspect it is do to an O-ring leak getting the board damp rather than the quality of the part. Well priced and shipped promptly.

Quick delivery and relatively easy to fix. Noting this is the 36th review, you would think Breville would fix this design flaw.
