Grown at high altitude this strictly hard bean has a creamy body and a great balance of sugars and acidity that cut through milk, roasted slightly darker flavour abounds in the swirls of oil. A great Coffee. And yes Costa Rica is home to the Clouded Tiger Cat, the worlds smallest Tiger.
