STAINLESS STEEL DISPERSION DISK – BREVILLE/SAGE REPLACEMENT

Stainless Steel dispersion disk for use with Breville BES 900/BES920/BES 980/BES 990.
Replaces the Breville/Sage inner shower screen or holding plate part SP0023671.

Note it is best to use the Breville showerscreen or an alternative with this stainless dispersion plate to get the best distribution of water through the puck.

Why switch to a stainless inner shower screen.

1. It won’t crack
2. Better heat retention
3. No potential leaching of chemicals from the plastic
4. Allows a greater ground coffee capacity in the basket (untested)
5. No metal interaction as reported with the brass equivalent
6. Polished surface means coffee and oils doesn’t stick as much
7. 10 holes allows water to pool above shower screen to eliminate channelling
8. It’s cheaper over the long term
