This is the new style collar and the new style portafilter. This model replaces the old portafilter and collar. Note this one has the replaceable inserts so in the future you can service the collar when worn.
If you intend to replace your portafilter or collar in the old BES 900 machines. You will need the complete kit, as the portafilters have changed.
I will trade your old Portafilter and give you a $30 credit if you send it to me. Ah its all part of the service.

Easy to fit, follow the online instructions and replacement will take under an hr. If you are buying this also buy the oring kit and replace all of them and the group valve gasket while the machine is open.
